Kinect Sports
Immerse yourself as never before in the excitement of six major events from the sporting world. Your body is the controller, with nothing to come between you and the action. Punch, kick, run, jump, bowl, spike, smash; Kinect tracks all your moves. Anyone can play and it's fun all the way. Join your friends on the road to sporting glory!
Kinect Sports
Welcome to the games! Glad you could make it. You won't regret signing up for the sporting event of a generation.
Here's hoping you rise to the challenge in whatever way you choose to compete: against your own personal best, the strongest performances of Kinect Sports' stable of AI athletes, against worldwide Xbox LIVE contenders or shoulder-to-shoulder with friends and family. Jump into a boisterous round of Party Play and you'll even get a choice of quirky mascots thrown into the mix.
Whatever your preference, the groundbreaking controller-free play will submerge you in the action more deeply than ever before. Use the instinctive motions of your body to reach sporting greatness and whip the crowd into a frenzy!
Live out the full experience of each sport, from the opening serve to the winning shot, the first touch to the final whistle. With so much to attempt, how many events can you truly master? Earn badges, raise your level and unlock avatar awards as you sprint towards gaming glory. Have you got what it takes to become a Kinect Sports champion in your own right?
Highlights of your performance are recorded and played back to you after the game, at which point you can choose whether to upload them to kinectshare.com and share them with friends and family. Competitive types are also well-served by the dedicated Facebook app which keeps track of your stats and videos, while also allowing you to join global leagues or set up your own.

"As party games go, Kinect Sports is infectiously good fun." – The Telegraph
"Kinect Sports isn't the first game to bite Wii Sports' style, but it's one of the few to best it in execution." – Game Informer

"Kinect Sports is labeled 'Very Active' on the back of the box, and you can doubt that at your peril. And I was crawling back for more." – IGN
"This is one of those games that pretty much requires additional players to really be worth your while, but if you do have some companions to play with, Kinect Sports can be precisely the kind of riotous party experience you would want from this type of game." – Giant Bomb
"The fact it comprehensively knackered me out for three days running is testament to just how fun and replayable an experience it provides – and there are plenty of nice touches for newbies, like badges as XP and avatar extras to unlock." – CVG
"You might feel/look silly running in place and pretending to throw an invisible javelin, but once you realize that you have spent the past few hours playing a truly enjoyable game (that also happens to perfectly match your movements) without ever once picking up a controller, it's impossible to be unimpressed." – G4TV
